I hadn’t used maltodextrin in a while, but decided to try TN’s rice based maltodextrin for extra cals. It mixed well with no issues and went/stayed down just fine with no discomfort. When I ran out I picked up sum Carboload from NOW, and what I found was it did not blend nearly as well. With carboload my stick blender blade would gunk up from the corn based product. The TN rice based maltodextrin I could prob mix with a spoon. It never stuck to my blender blades and guard. I feel the corn based is a little tougher on my stomach also. I get a gag reflex from swallowing chunks and stomach uneasiness. That’s my experience with these 2 types of maltodextrin.

For some reason while i type on my phone, it randomly starts typing in the middle of the sentences previous. Wtf.

was only using corn based dextrose, just tried corn based maltodextrin

interesting enough the stufff mixes like vitargo, have to mix it first in plain water and then add the protein after or you get lumps. Only difference with vitargo is I have $100 extra to use now and theres no grape flavour
