Anyone ever use this stuff? Supposed to be a great aid for digestion and helping to keep a proper ratio of bacteria in the stomach. Anybody have any experience with it?

Yes it's really good... expensive though. Ideally you want a strength of 10 or over. It's best to be eaten directly so using a spoon. I have heard of some using it on hot toast and that can kill a lot of it's many health benefits. It's has anti inflammatory, anti bacterial and anti viral benefits. Although as with many things the major claims made by some manufacturers etc haven't really be shown in studies yet. The the only thing that I know of that have been shown in studies were mainly it's effects on wound healing. It's anti-bacterial action is clear to see especially when you get the really expensive stuff (25-30 plus). When I had a few jars it even helped out with a few aas induced spots
I would just use common sense with this. It's great but no miracle supplement. But you hear about all these supplements/foods on here and the hype but imo this is definitely up there with the best. If you have the spare cash definitely worth trying it as it has many health benefits...more so than most other honey. The higher the strength the worst it will taste.
As Elvia pointed out, there's antibacterial properties with Manuka honey. Most raw honey has this capacity anyway. It's also purported that it inhibits cell division in certain microbial strains.
