This is a solid product and very versatile. Ingredient list doesn't sound very impressive but it performs great. 1 scoop is more than enough for guys sensitive to stims to get a great workout and 2 scoops for people needing more. It's also 50 scoops per tub so even if you push the dose you have a good supply. I never go above 2.5 scoops and I can take in a lot of stimulants but this stuff is surprisingly strong. It contains 145mg caffeine per scoop.
