thanks old fella. I competed at open light weight and novice middle and won both. I agree not worrying about weight. More weight is sometimes just to much excess body fat!

Nice job Ryan. Those chest striations are crazy in that one pic. Overall though you were shredded.

You look great in these shots Ryan, but as Rob said they don't do the conditioning that you were in justice.

Ryan was easily one of the best clients that I have ever worked with because he followed everything that I asked him to do perfectly and as planned won both classes easily. Next Stop Middle Weight.

i dont know if im that easy of a client dusty. Espcially when im depleted of carbs and get the wrong niacin!
im moving in late july to carlsbad. Im not sure how where going to do this when i compete in the la open though when i live in carlsbad?

thanks for the compliments. Hopefully the next show my conditioning will be even better. I think i do need to put some more size everywhere
