Looks brutal! I like doing leg presses like that.. with bands added!
 
Good grief. I'd have to be carried out of the gym after a workout like that. Brutal is right!
 
I probably would of vomited after teh ascending leg press. Never seen them done that way. Looks like hell.

Holy cow, that is one heck of a leg beating exercise day. :headbang:
 
I was his partner for that workout. My legs are still sore!
 
I typically train with about 6-9 total work sets heavy around 5 reps per work set. Lately I've been doing higher reps pre-exhausting and I've been making some good gains. A chest workout use to look like: flat press, incline press, and a fly for 2-3 sets of 5 reps. Now I might do machine fly 3 sets 30-20-10 reps. smith incline press 3 sets 20-15-10. Then a flat db bench for 2-3 sets 5 reps. Just having fun for now playing around a bit relaxing from the heavy training and its working well.
 
I like work in this way also! Every exercise with damn intensity!!!!! For legs is the best way for sure... For other muscle don't work in the same... My opinion
