Haven’t heard his name in a minute. I agree, he did come off as a nice guy, good family man. I believe he wrote for Dave Tate at elite for awhileOne of the guys who got me interested in the sport back in the mid 2000s... always consistently good, always felt somewhat passed over after his '04 win IMO.

Always seemed like a grounded guy who had it all. Career, sport, family/wife etc.

Dang,, 45 shows .I think most would say Mark had a pretty solid career as a pro. It looks like he competed at least 20 years, and seems to be in a good spot now as a retired bodybuilder.
He made it to the Olympia 5 times, placed 2nd at the Ironman in 2007, and won 4 shows as a 212

Remember when he went and trained with Yates in the UK, he got fuckin wrecked![]()
yeah i get it, tried a stint with HIT myself but my joints was way to "brittle"His body was so beat up from HIT style training at that time
I remember when he worked with JM and his training style, he said it gave him a second career as an older competitor

Loved Dugdale's physique. I remember he was one of the first pro-level guys who trained with lower volume. If i remember correctly, i think he was experimenting with DC stuff. This was before Cedric or any of that. Always seemed like a smart guy.
212 badass David Henry, not 400lb wrestler and former PLer Mark HenryHim and Mark Henry both at a similar time I remember reading about. Both DC then I think Mark Henry worked with Scott Stevenson doing fortitude
