There are a bunch of good guys doing the show. This will be a super tough USA. I did not even think about Justin Harris but just recently saw pics and he looks great. The heavies and the supers are going to be the toghest classes by far. It will be interesting to see what happens in a couple weeks. Not to mention there is a handfull of guys from the board doing it.

Mark was at my gym the other day doing a photo shoot and looked pretty damn good. This guy has so much potential but always seems to lose it. Back in 2005 while he was on his way to the Nationals, he was stopping and buying junk food the whole trip down there. He has some other personal things going on that has prevented him from being even better than he is, hopefully he will pull it together this year. Best of Luck to Mark!!!

I remember him seeing in MuscleMag International and he has alot of potential,he defenitly is one of my favorites!
