"Mark Forums Read" Problem

I can't "Mark Forums Read" in the quick links
Is anyone else having this problem ?
I email at administrator twice and haven't received a reply .
I get this .

This problem has never been resolved.
I hit Mark Forms Read in the Quick Links drop-down menu ,and it still give me the same thing .
I would like not to have 8 plus pages of things I've already read to keep coming up.
I have emailed everyone , but no replies .
Anyone have any ideas ?

He was the first one I went to and he referred me to the Admin.

It must be the person who handles the technical issues and not so much the actual forum issues like Big A does.

The warning has a email link, but I get no reply .
