Many of you will remember this guy from his pro debut in the 97 Finnish Grand Prix. He made quite an impact at the time but had a bunch of problems after that. He's now back in heavy training for a return to the stage and is in the process of taping a training video. Take a look at this picture from yesterday.

Guy always impressed me .......looked huge in pictures .......Saw him at the SF grand prix [ years ago ]and thought he would look way better . On stage didn't stand out ...... But stood next to him in loby and he was thick ......i hope he comes back strong .......he has battled many injuries and substance problems .........I hope it is his time ..........very strong and powerful .......I would love to buy his video .......I am sure it will be great ...wish the man luck he is a heck of a bodybuilder ......

That's awesome thickness. IMO I'd rather see someone thick like that than someone like richard jones.

He's definitely HUGE there's no doubt about that.
I personally don't care for that type of "look" and I don't think he looks tremendously symetrical either.
Just my .02 obviously, I don't compete and I'd be dwarfed standing next to that guy.

Yeah I remember him in flex years ago...

Only off season shots when he had a shaved head with a little piece of hair in the back like a pony tail. They said he was the next dorian. Anyways I saw pics of him offseason and damn impressive. Hard and full with good shape. Then he competed and it did not even look like the same guy. He was smaller and almost appeared softer than in the offseason. Also some huge quads. I remember seeing a pic of him on the net from the side and he had his head turned it looked like his jaw was so damn wide and cromagnon looking. All I could think of was some serious GH abuse. Nonetheless a awesome physique IMHO.
