I know its always hard to tell which pro's use what drugs,etc... and its such a debate, and truely non of us never know, but for some reason their are just some guys who I would be all my $$ that they are on insane amounts of shit. Markus is definately one of them. As well as Atwood,Jean Pierre Fux,Palumbo,etc..........

I recently got that video and was impressed at how down to earth and laid back Markus Ruhl seems to be. To bad a lot of the video was in German cuz I didn't understand a damned thing when he was talking about his food, or just talking period.

were as enjoyable as Markus' was? He's really animated and funny as hell wheras Jay comes across as strong but silent? I'm looking for a DVD thats not only inspirational but ENJOYABLE to watch more than once, any reccomendations??

Branch Warren's was OK, but it just got old seeing him try to act badass and throw/drop the weights.

You can't go wrong with Dorian Yates' Blood and Guts.
