Things you will need
40g R-ALA bulk powder
400g Leucine powder form
20 litres of pineapple juice (not from concentrate)
^^ the Above assumes you will be training 3 days per week M, W, F for mass
Purpost to spike insulin
Protocol
morning
1g R-ala
10g leucine
wait 10-15 minutes
500ml pineapple juice
wait 30 minutes eat breakfast
pre or post workout follow the same protocol
if post workout wait 30 minutes and consume protein carb mix
Off days only morning
Take adavantage of your own insulin and obsorb all those great nutrients ,,
