massage after syntherol shots?

Is it good massaging with oil or cream after the syntherol shots? It is said to massage the hell out of it to avoid scartissue buildup , but I end up with skin iritation after that.

I think a light massager like The Thumper works really well. Put a cloth or light cotton shirt over the area to massage to be a conductor for the vibrations. I personally dont think using an oil or cream would be a good idea just to prevent potential infection.

MASSAGE the area, dont RUB the area. There is a difference, your putting way too much friction there.Just find the sweet spot press down with your fingers and move the muscle under the skin nice and deep, its easy....
