I recently got some bunk exemastane and my nipples were getting a soft, sagging look to them. Sat I received some maste e from big-greek and I immediately pinned 250 mg and I swear my nipples are back to normal already, small and tight. Placebo effect or the mast e?

Maybe both. I know within a day of starting mast-e my sexual functioning kicks up a notch so the mast effects even with a long ester are rather quick. Hard to speculate on your specific circumstances. Mast will give a hardening effect but its not overly dramatic and certainly not in just a day or two.
At this point it almost doesn't matter though does it. Every day that mast is in your system you'll be driving down estrogen and increasing your leanness and hardness
