Guys, if you want to add win just for the look, less water and fat loss (I don't know if it really does anything for this) what would be the minimum dose you would take? whenever i use winny at 50mg i notice it a lot in the joints.

Tren all day. I could eat a fast food meal every day for lunch and still be tight on tren. Oh hell yeah that was my “secret” protein meal back in the day. I would order 2 mcdoubles (they were a dollar back then). I would throw away 2 of the buns and just stacked the 4 burgers. Had that and a coke for lunch for 3 bucks and 60 grams of protein. It was called bodybuilding on a budget lol

In college we had 99cent whoppers, big macs, and checkers burgers. I crushed that. Double whopper with cheese 1.99. Loved all you can eat BBQ with lifting crew post gym.

Man i used to love when i could eat like that. Now at 52 maybe once or twice a week i can get away with it
