with all due respect and no hate but according to me he use too much for his level and age as evidenced by health problems which he can't get over since getting the pro card because every now and then something is wrong with his healthNot 60’s but 50’s - Paul Barnett (anabolic bodybuilding) and he ran 1g test, 1g primo, 1g mast and upwards of 18iu of gh I believe for his pro card prep

Clean anabolic? I don’t think there is such a thing.I share the sentiment with what has been mentioned. IMHO, i'm an advocate of lower dosages of clean anabolics ( long acting test esters, primo, masteron, etc ) and hgh. And avoiding anything hard on the body or on the blood pressure.
As advised, blood work and organ / cardiovascular supplementation is important. Also taking breaks to detox ( do not gas all year round, but for trt and maybe hgh ). It's totally misplaced to treat your body is if it's 25 on the pro level, unless you have a death wish ;-)

Pretty stout stack for sureI'm almost 58 years old. I haven't competed recently, but if I were to compete at 60+ I would start with complete bloodwork to make sure everything is OK to begin. I would use a 20 week+ prep so that there are opportunities for refeeds and CNS recovery, and have the time to go low and slow. The biggest guy at 60+ likely isn't the winner, the best conditioned 60+ guy likely is. (If Levrone shows up or someone similar, it's still likely true as his conditioning will be good, and... well, you're screwed anyways, LOL)
Regarding PEDs. I'd likely start at reasonable amounts, and the doses would likely titrate up slowly during the prep. You want to have the fat loss slow and steady, and keep muscle loss at zero (in a perfect world).
Something like this is what I'm thinking:
weeks: 14 - 20
Test C or Sus: 400-600mg/wk
NPP or EQ: 300-500mg/wk
GH: as much as you can afford and as much as your body will tolerate w.r.t. BG
Weeks 6/8 - 14
Test C or Sus: 600-800mg/wk
Primo: 600-800mg/wk
GH: as much as possible
Weeks 1-6/8
Test C or Sus (weeks 4-8) 600-800mg/wk, prop (weeks 1-4) 300-450mg/wk
Mast P: 300mg/wk
Tren A: 150mg/wk
GH: as much as possible. drop it the last week
Final 2 weeks: add oral winstrol 100mg/day
I pulled those numbers out of my butt, but I think they're reasonable. Could bring the doses down 100-200mg/wk in the weeks 8-20.
Bloodwork every 6 weeks. And good diet is most important. Gear can't work miracles when your diet is subpar.
