Anyone know when the contest is scheduled? Do u think Dexter will be competing and defend his title? Whats the chances Jay will compete now that he just turned 40 giving it one last go before he calls it a day? Could be interesting.

Dexter should come back next year after going for a record 5th Arnold Classic title, drop 10lbs. and win the Mr Olympia 212 class. It would be hard pressed for anyone to match that in the future.

His weight that was flashed on the screen at this past Saturdays Mr Olympia finals said 220lbs.

If I'm not mistaken... Dex usually 225ish...for years.. then when size mattered more.. I believe he packed on and got up to 235?? Could be wrong

Personally; I fond the 230-240 perfect weight for all... Over that gets cartoonish..and big waisted..
