Thanks guys I really think this is best conditioning I've ever had and I'm always ripped lol so that's saying alot but this biggest thing I noticed is the amount of muscle I put on in offseason hence why it's been hard making weight! Body wants to keep it lol

Hey Q! Funny thing I met Sherwood @ the 1 of 2 microwaves to serve 600+ people this morning. Just chatted briefly and he seemed like a nice guy.

I hope your right! The guy is absolutely ripped at 220 and went down to 198 to make lhw. He's leaner then any pro I've ever seen before so if your leaner that's just plain fantastic
