I just wanted to share an updated on John Simone looking huge, dry and ready..

Jim is doing the Pacific USA which is now a national qualifer here in LA..its 5 weeks from now..

Thanks for the words ! and John knows his weaknesses.. Jim too.. both guys are happy to be were they are at... Its been pretty easy because both have done shows.. John has been around for many years.. Jim is making a little comback to national level competition.. Masters or not.. the show will be deep..

I agree .. and thanks for all the encouragement..

Obviously we were shooting for higher placings... John improved from 12th last year to 6th this year and was actually off of the 5th spot by 1 point. Plus we have been planning the Nas all along so thats coming up and he will be improved for that show.. I am really proud of how hard this guy worked weather he is 43 or not...

And Jim.... Well he is not a true heavyweight and he weighed in at 208lbs.. His condition was really good but lacked size and we knew it.. hes very bottom heavy and needs more size in his arms and back for sure.. legs are over powering his upper body..

Placing in the top 15 out of 35 guys in his class was respectible considering this was his first national appearance... We are working on the prep for the Pac USAs here in Los Angeles which is in 3 weeks..

Alex, thanks for PM. Both John and Jim did very well. Hope they come back next year to Masters and rock the show. John should break top 5, and possibly win class.
