Mathew Fox transfomation for a movie

Saw the movie and he looked quite impressive there, off course not as big as a bodybuilder but looked very lean and good. Lost over 40 pounds in 5 months for that movie, I would say very impressive changes he has made in his physique (well I guess you have no other choice when you get millions for that lol)

I lost about a 50 hours of my life to that rubbish. Was hoping it was going somewhere, how I was mistaken.

I agree 100%....Was so fuckin pissed how it ended....watched it from Day 1.......was always waiting for some good shit to happen but yet never did

he said he ate anywhere between 1200 to 1500 calories in the interview (I would say very low for over 6 foot guy) meal, shake, meal, shake, meal...meals were pretty much chicken with broccoli, shakes - whey by itself, trained about 90min/day ed circuit non-stop workouts, half an hour cardio daily for 5 months...I would die on this:banghead:
