Yes I'm serious, his form is terrible. I really can't tell if he is any bigger since I have never seen pics of him from last years off season. What are you comparing him too?

Personally I would have him lighten up some and use his muscles more. Those Db's on the flat bench are so heavy he can barely keep them steady.

im pretty sure Lowden is a taller guy to begin with. I think i remember him saying he is 5'10+ and was consistently trying to get down to heavyweight. Looks like hes trying to jump a class right now.

I was pretty disappointed watching this because i have a similar bone structure and I could see myself looking similar with a lot more dedication. I though he looked great when he was up against dusty but i couldn't find anything on him training. I finally see something and it just reinforces the idea that what you look like has more to do with your parents than how you train.
