Matt Porter or Cris Edmonds as a coach

I agree. Andrew didn't do anything magical to me. Slowly pulled cals and carbs. Slowly increased cardio. That's it.

Nowadays choosing a coach is all about what you feel comfortable with. If you want a dude known for drug protocols, you can find him. If you want a reliable, well rounded expensive guy, you can find him. I agree on Matt and Jason though. Both are in the top tier of respected coaches out today.

I think if you can find a cosch who truly cares about you and has nutrition knowledge then you’re golden. I think drugs are the easy part. Sadly a lot of the upper level coaches end up getting too many clients or they only pay more attention to their top level guys

Cris is a great coach, he was my first coach from 17 to 22, and is also one of my best friends. I can definitely vouch for him
