IM just turned 37. never took on the bodybuilding lifestyle to any extreme. my best ever was 500 iranian test E in real ampules.
it worked really well. I had one other bunk order that gave my legs knots after that. but the true admiration was always there, and still is.
just like i still like skateboarding and golf, rock guitar etc
i am attracted to good lifting and physic. my body isnt burnt.
i am looking to take another attempt with more ideas and knowledge.
not to boast, when i see early 20yr old kids now i realize how physically immature and imagine how physiologically the immature body
can be effected on the development of the effects beside the muscle. what im saying im glad i didnt fuel my body when i was still just plain maturing as an adult in that time. i never had a habit so im gonna try to put some weight work at 37.
but what i really wanted to post about is the physical maturity of the retired bodybuilders, and what they did right.
first is kevin levrone. i think hes my favorite all time. he was young, huge and really defined well.
keep this in mind, he retired and restored an average build. im sure im sure he is working again on weights.
i think franco columbu and arnold are the jimmy page and robert plant of rock star body builders. they matured healthy into adulthood.
i think levrone is training again, but i dont think its worth it. i just saw wheeler and his leg. about wheeler that time he was fresh in his 20s was
an amazing physique. just amazing. maybe the return was too much. try to just enjoy adulthood.
dorian yates looks fantastic of the recent interviews ive seen. like daniel craig or james bond, still well balanced, and he was one of the first non-arnold generation, big mass guy, that retired to success.
maybe theres some other guys that are like me wanting to get a bit above natural.
and any of us that think of how to maintain like the pros i mentioned, and can add to those
and any others you want to mention.
havent been around recently but may have been on pro muscle here over 10 years
