MAX AMOUNT OF BCAAS YOU'VE RUN?

I'm just curious as to what the most bcaas you've run as a supp have been and what were the results??? I'm thinking of going as high as 60g a day and running it along with Phil's Liquid Beef Amino's and whey isolate. Just curious as I haven't previously gone over 10gs a day of bcaas but after talking with a friend he said he has much better results at 50gs then with ten I was thinking it's worth a shot. Any help?
 
I have used up to 30 a day I would say, powder form. I dont know that it helped any more than 15 to tell you the truth. The biggest thing with the bcaas is TIMEING, you want to take 5-10 grams first thing in the morn. if you do cardio on an empty stomach (maybe 20 g of protien also) 5 before training and 5 post, the only other time I would take them is if you are not eating for over 4 hrs for whatever reason.
 
a lot of guys mega dose BCAA's and I don't see the need-in between meals if dieting for me and pre and post work out.
 
many studies suppport using bcaa's between meals to accelerate fat burning. i take 5g bcaa/3g leucine before training, sip on 20g bcaa/20g glutamine during training, then take an additional 3g leucine/5g bcaa/10g glutamine when done. i am gonna use 5g bcaa between meals this pre contest diet starting nov. 1
 
The trouble, as I see it, is finding the time to take these on an empty stomach. Its really hard to do. What I've been doing is taking them 30 minutes before my workout and every 10-15 min. during my workout. Then I load up on Phil's liquid amino postworkout. Suggested doses of BCAA's by Charles Poliquin is .2-.35 grams per kilo of bodyweight. So that's what I do.
215lbs. 20-35 grams.
