So I am getting excited for Christmas but, not for presents or anything. Just being able to visit with family, eat some great food and finally get close to having this “cruise come to a close”. Which was really a delay on my bulk; (not planned). I sure look good but have such a hunger(mentally and physically) to train for Classic the next years . I am also excited that it is getting more attention. I wish that anyone that is alone this Christmas or that is not able to be with their family: A Very Merry Christmas and I’ll be around the forum. I am so lucky to have such a great family that supports what I do. Don’t get too fat, Don’t drink too much; that transformation is right around the corner!

So Christmas is taking over at the family homes and a lot of crazy changes with kids getting sick, travel issues, all that. I have my same plan: Eat, Watch movies, hang with family and have a good time. This damn Virus stuff is affecting my work & my gigs now. Ive had about enough, hope to be able to train without a face/head mask and a bottle of spray! Lol. I am feeling really good, but have been the middleman dealing with everyone(it happens with big family). Stuck to my diet so far...but the sweets &’chocolates are calling to me! Actually fresh-made breads are my weakness; all Baked Goods! Mmmm . Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas.

That’s when Christmas has begun when family members start showing up. Enjoy them my friend life is short and we are in a crazy time. I will just be with my immediate family. A few were in contact with people who tested positive for Covid so we all decided to stay home again for Christmas. its fine with me we haven’t lost a family member to it yet we are all doing well. So maybe I’ll just have to go to the gym 💪 hopefully they will be open.

Wow! I had some incredible food these holidays and enjoyed visiting with friends, family and everyone. I am gonna have a killer workout today, already hit my cardio and feel phenomenal! Very much looking forward to starting my bulk back ON! Not too much longer. One thing that was easy to stay away from was Sweets! I did indulge in a lot of cheeses & meats & wonderful side dishes. That dang Covid screwed up everyone’s plans ! Tears were flowing in many households but, it is What it is! I did what I could to raise the Cheer ! You just cannot count on travel plans happening exactly as you want....you have to make a plan B and C ! Had a lot of fun with the young ones and all their total & complete happiness !! Christmas is a great Holiday and I definitely had the best time. Now it’s back to the Pit!! Time to hit the weights and make sure to hit all my goals ! Hope everyone had a great Christmas and that you have a great New Year!!

I am switching things up for the week! Doing 4 sets 6-9 reps. Upper/lower off upper/lower off/repeat. I am using all machines/cables/Smith/Isolation movements with some varied cardio. Just for the next two weeks. I will post the exercises this week. Just kinda decided to do something different and felt I needed some balanced weights and to concentrate on not just my big lifts. Plus, I want to look tight for my interview. Eating nice clean meals. Had my famous Bison-Sweet Potato Hash with egg whites/onions/peppers/herbs/hot sauce 3 x today! Lol. I will be doing a blood test to see my scores on Testoviron and a GH serum. On minimal amounts because of my delay of Bulk. I am seeing some large changes in the industry, some are good; some are not! Hope you have a good evening as I am off to jam.

My jobs are outrageously busy and this omicron plus the other strains of Covid are sooo strict here . I almost wanna only workout at home which I did the last two days. The N95 is required by me for shifts and I just cannot train like that . So I’ve been hiring my older exercises instead of my machine rounds . All is well, getting laid and getting paid! Hey I have what is probably a weird question: Why do you post all these pics of hot chicks on almost all of your postings, as to posting pics of your progress? I just ask this because when I look through the threads here of specific workout plans, I'd like to see the results of them, but you rarely post any pics of your progress (although I do like the food pics, so keep that up its a good example of what real people lifting are eating). I guess the constant posting of female ass seems fishy to me, I don't see that on any of the other threads in this section or ProMus. Like I said, just a question, maybe different strokes for different folks.

Also curious as to what your profession is, in general? Of course I'm not looking for specifics, but wonder if your posting of all of these pics has anything to do with that, and I suspect it does. Anyway, thanks in advance for entertaining my questions.

Had to work crazy early, had a sick workout and am considering getting a small procedure but, there are a few snags: they said I don’t have Gyno ....well I don’t right now. I get this tiny lump but I shrink it. I just wanna get the glands removed NOW! Using mini 1/4” incision, pull through technique. Plenty of surgeons here. I am looking at Mini lipo too. You will say I’m crazy but I can feel it coming and you will ask for a picture , well...look at all my pics because the biggest it has ever gotten , you’ve seen. I’ve had it since starting my log , just look through . I may be hyper-sensitive about it (it’s tiny , Type 1 ,glandular). I control with supps and a lil Serm or Caber here and there but the last “para/iso” start kicked it in and I kicked out the PED’s . I don’t want to make the issue worse but take care of it. I’m still and always will be 1/2 Cyborg ! Just gotta make some decisions before going “Buck Wild”. I still am into moderate use anyway. lil of this , lil of that , and a lot of damn supplements! They, along with my grocery list is “super ridiculous “ and you could MAX out at any clinic for every item and not get close . Hope everyone got their free Omnitrope Co-Pay card for 2022!

Oh , for the member Above, as you may have noticed , I post all my progress pics here and on “pic you took today” . Probably more than I’d like, you just have to do go through em. Also, I am in a maintenance(ish) time right now for my 2nd Interview/audition. I am very lean . Between forums you can basically have watched me grow From my teens til now. I started late here , but I like this forum.

Been working and training 24/7, I’d have it no other way. Glad the market quit being so erratic. I was gonna pull my aggressive high risk assets ; then I remembered they are named that for a reason; like BTC. I have a few medical Appts coming up; then I’m gonna blast off after wards. I feel good and all my numbers/markers should be in the “normal” range , test should be over 1k . Have a great weekend and pound one for me!
