I’ve been using Melanotan 2 twice a week this week and noticed my libido is outta control! Shit does make you horny and gives you boners all day; even if you don’t want em. Lol. I’ve been eating good , my calories are around 5,000 now. I am feeling the change to high energy(first few weeks I was tired). Figure it is due to the raising of my crit /androgen level because it seems to happen anytime I blast (even so moderately). Hope everyone is doing well🤙

Definitely tore up legs today! Veins running from my ankle to my chest ! Lol. I am adding my first EQ shot tomorrow and updated the compounds a bit. I am having so much company and have upcoming travel, I’ve been relying on a lot of my prepped food which means “same food , each day” ! I do look forward to my cheat meal (2 on the same day). I do have these bremelanotide/viagra/oxytocin blend troches that I am going to test out with my girl. Definitely way overpriced but got 10 free , I will post up if they even come close or make sex waaay better . I like the MT2 or PT-141 sub q (even did 1mg , then and hour later did another and can clearly say , “ it makes your sexy drive high right away and gives erections and works on men & women”. So I’m training without my Bose Headphones today because I had to get it done early,(mistake)! I cannot believe how many people will just come up and interrupt me just cuz I’m not wearing them. So another family member with a double mastectomy (31yrs) today. God Bless🙏. I have nothing to say as it is a tough thing and I’m glad she’s surrounded by family. It was like one week ago I heard and already! I took my sadness and turned it into positive power and pushed myself beyond normal(employed some older strategies/grips). I wish i could share some of my days&nights with you and the people I meet….I would but I cannot as it would invade their privacy as well as mine. Pretty damn cool though and ..it was work, so cha Ching! Love those days ! I bought some Jazz Pharma & Alibaba shares with the money. Didn’t want to blow the easy $$. Baba went below $100 so, I figure in a decade or so , they will integrate into the world as they do for a lot of American businesses(unfortunately). I am really steadfast in my attitude and plans for the 2022-2023 seasons. I have it down to a T …lol…then it changes. I am going heavy and hard , short but explosive workouts, then mix in a lot of advanced techniques and ass backwards type training. I want to see if I can just destroy this one small area with everything I’ve got. It think it’s the key to unlocking new tissue (timing of partitioning agents also). Write down your to do list before bed - 5 things!

I am doing well, work & travel has been good. I was looking at the New Supra , Omg! I’m in love ! That is my next Gas vehicle ,

So either sell my Cj7 and buy that or just lease it for 36mo (gotta find out if I can use for tax purposes) lol. I am waiting for some new supps so I am excited. I made Loco Moco “Max Style”! I am having to eat my food in Family Salad Bowls! Lol 2-96/4 beef Patties , Calrose rice , over easy eggs , brown Homemade brown gravy w one one box grated into it (melts) . 175c /96g protein/16g fat (at bedtime ). I was craving sugar so I had a green apple w tajin, 2cups pineapple.

It has been super nice to see my Aunt&Uncle; they are doing okay considering the loss of their son. Had one of those 20min hugs , that part was hard ! Im like his son too, we spent just as much time together as my own father. Gong to cook nice dinners for them each afternoon(before I leave for work). Workouts are strong. Ive increased my fresh fruit & vegetable intake and it has helped that keep me full feeling . My hunger & cravings for more food, treats has went up but I still have refused any soda, cookies:cakes:candy, soda , or snack foods. The plates of cheese/meats/nuts/olives/fruit are phenomenal to quell anyone hankering for a bowl of gelato (my Achilles heel) .

It is sooo busy with visitors, holy shit! Lots of good competitions and seeing a lot of international competitors. I’m going on a trip around the 9th (not too far from here but should be fun). I haven’t blasted a high amount due to me keeping my size where I’m at for my work (mo money), lol. I was planning on a major bulk but, I’ve had a few wishy washy mgmt types so I definitely am not putting my body though it until they sign on the dotted line . Things are very good though , I just haven’t dealt with alot of companies in this particular industry. A couple flakes and a couple solid ones . Hopefully it will get done before summers over ; I have no problem going to 235lbs. I’m between 221-218 each day so I feel good and strong . I can be ready for any competition in 6-8 weeks . My sister is going with me to S.A. ; which should be good as long as I don’t get married ! Lol

Well some things have changed due to moving and travel, but nothing big. Just doing a light cruise until my supps are all good & here. I obviously am hitting the Full MuscleTech line w NuGenix(😝). I cannot keep these females in my life happy! Impossible (girls & family combined). F’n change their minds or outlook, back up on stuff they said “was fine, it’s good”. Yeah right ! Smh . I am concentrating on me because it is too complicated and I am not but I need a regiment/schedule daily. Aloof is a good description w/o saying liar! Ha! I am pumped so , F it ! Had some good food and better company! Workouts are good, I am cruising until I get all my supps lined up. A lot of good shows & fun to come . Tried a few new attachments and I can tell by the pain , I need to broaden my equipment (used at another gym). I have had some great cheat meals(family stuff). I cannot wait to get going on a good run- I haven’t lost strength at all and feel healthy. I think I made positive changes in my life(being single-ish!) lol

FST-7 training - UPPER BODY

Had a few supps come and am looking forward to trying them. I ragged this AM , I just found out that my sister’s(an her fam) found some Executive Housing(condo) that is brand new (1 yr lease) but, that means I won’t have a shit Ton of people & all the stuff that goes with it at my house soon! I think by Monday (Thank the Lord!). I love em but I just had “too much , too many” . Reminded me of when I was a child (complete madhouse/always working-chores-sports-school-training with 8 others. I want 2-3 kids but, never 11, 9, or 8 !! It was awesome but not being totally poor (at first) . Fighting for the food was a fond memory ! Lol. Friday can’t come quick enough .

FST- 7 Lower Body

I have finally had all my tests, physicals, work & agency approval. All are a go, I can’t wait to start blast. I have so many jobs & clients that I am just about ready to take a vacation for self care (lol, kidding). Holy shit Batman; I have quite a nice selection to choose from . I decided that 8 wk Bulk and cuts are my plan then TRT clean, start again. I always do well if I don’t go w long cycles and maybe have done 2 a year and less the past three years besides testing a single oral (2x ) by itself . Finally had my rbc normal and my good cholesterol raised 8 points (which is phenomenal) it took forever and it was all dietary and use that helped . I will post up a cool ass thing I recently purchased - I about shit my pants; had no idea they existed (the stats) . My papa had his birthday and is gonna do add primo to his HRT and train all year for his 50th upcoming Birthday(a year away) he just wants small waist and full muscles (tight) . I’m excited for him, he has taken 2yr 3mo off actual training & diet (too hard to explain) but he already looks good; I hope to see them more.

Has a really good day yesterday and had a good pump & forcus doing compound sets. Idk about you but when I haven’t trained a certain style, I always get sore way more. The Good sore. Had a lot more paper plate meals & prep style meals to get me back in the mindset of eating lean, greens, and starches. I can’t believe it’s Thursday already. Being single; my eyes have opened to all the girls here! Sooo many (like 6:1 ratio females to male). The athletic Physique & Bb girls are a lot more (aggressive) which I like for just having fun, so I am going to “have more fun” once my guests leave, lol
