Had a good day, early stress about surgery visit. All went well, looks like I can keep
my hand, lol. Traps were bothering me but once I warmed up, all the pain went away.
It may have just been cortisol/hormones from doc visit, I am around them all the time but not as a patient! So I get all nervous, they already look at me with the Natty not Natty look. Lmao. Training is good, Sdrol has been working in fine and I dig taking pwo and bedtime; on tren so It hasn’t disrupted my sleep anymore than normal. I do however want to inject gh at night(always get that deep sleep, even if just for four hours!) but that is not part of this plan. Kick ass ! Made it through the hump.

As you can see I ordered a new electric shaver. I really hope it works well, but I will always use a regular razor for a super close shave(when needed). Just got sick of it and always having a damn full beard e3days!! OFF day but I still have a ton of work and it never ends. I like training 3on,1off, 3on continuously. It has really kept me strict and you get used to exercising every day,

Not matter what day it is. You never have, “Saturday off” every week because it always changes every week. Also, it keeps you on track with your food. It is super hard for me to do 3 day a week 5x5 Bulk/Strength Training; I just wanna bust out and hit weights!! It taught me that you truly need time off for big size sometimes(not always).

I am increasing my cardio up 10 more minutes ED, Friday. I will say, I am mainly getting my carbs from roasted potatoes and fruit just because “IM HUNGRY” and 250’carbs is Hard for me. Hopefully I won’t have to drop further. I am not using the T3 right now . I want to gauge how my bf% goes w/o and then I may implement week 4 if I need to turn up the fire. Clen is on point! I am starting stand up high pressure tanning just to have a nice base and glow before the Sessions at my Event. Booking now actually

Today was busy AF, had to stay at a cheap motel (job @ beach) OMG , so much ass! I had to wear a mask cuz apparently some new variant caused a lady to get hospitalized and she had the Pfizer shots. She got really sick too, said 10x worse feeling than the shot side effects. Just being extra safe . I am getting ready to get strict, I dropped some weight to see how quickly it would come off and I was able to drop 6 lbs in two days (just a test). So now I am going to put it back on, I made a gluten free high fat meal just for a treat! Back home after one day away. Workouts are awesome, zero pain while training (even w lack of Deca) so I am enjoying that. The Sdrol is working fine and I am learning how to control it a bit . I need to hit tanning a little, I keep putting it off but, I finally am gonna hot it right now.

Crazy today! Nice “No-Day Off”! Lol. Everyone was going somewhere and I had to be at 3 different locations, all while eating on the road! Luckily, I always prep my food so, I was prepared. My cousin is moving across country to finish grad school. He is definitely going to do well. We both do something wrong love and I am glad I had a hand in what he is doing for his career as well. I have a picture of use at 14-16 and it is crazy how quickly time flies! I am very excited for him and my self too! I trained kinda late because of all the business. It made no difference whatsoever, in fact; I think I was stronger but, I definitely need to remember to bring my Hydration packs or drink mix. I cramped up a bit, nothing bad! I drink agua all day long too! Anyway, enjoy your night! What is your favorite primo acetate tablet brand ? (Not inj) for a girl.

Had a serious training session, needed to get a few extra hours of sleep! I also started using a wet steam sauna and jacuzzi tub. OMG, what a help(at least for me). I like Epsom Salts Baths but, rarely get to do them as I am a total shower guy. Have definitely watched my costs go up on everything it seems. The energy companies seem to like to double the electric bill! Bastages! Lol.
All is well, I will post up some pics soon, I have been able to drop bf% quite well but,
Am holding water (on purpose) as I don’t want to lose too much muscular size. Time to eat ! Omg! Super busy ED now! Everyone in my life has some change or new thing happening so, I have to pay attention to everyone besides myself(at least that is how I think). Under 6 weeks out! I am down to 203lbs.
; just started to lean out but, not much. Keep in mind by bf% never got too high. I have a ton of videos/pics but, I am waiting for 4 weeks out just because I am very particular and was by myself with my phone(hated em all) lol. My V-width is starting to look good, my lats/serratus/obliques are starting to come out. I have to really hit the Low-waist; melt off the last area to go. I have been able to keep my size and actually feel stronger with more endurance(must be Superdrol and primo kicked in; forgot to list), Added 300mg. I have not used any thyroid but am going to. Also, only used 40mcg clen staggered/no ECA. I am holding muscular size but need to bring out a lot more definition, while trying to not drop down more than 10–12lbs!
I keep getting paranoid about coming in shredded or veined out! I know for a fact they don’t mark pts, if you are too ripped unless BB ripped(even though they post that on NPC site for Male Physique. These guys are literally dropping down from not just classic but 260lb BB that cut weight and their sheer size causes a No Win, even though they put in the time; they just should have just went to Classic. I was checking last competitions. I kicked up my cardio to 25-30min post weights and 65min on my OFF days(twice).
I am dialing all my Supps in, switches will mainly happen at week 4 ; the whole program kicks into overdrive. I have drop sets/supersets/pause-reps/tempo changes and my rep ranges are all different. I don’t post it all because it would be just too much.

You can get one from me afterwards. Let’s see if I even place! I booked an hour with a Female IFBB Pro and a Male IFBB Pro; I know them but, I never hired them. I want a female and male POV on little details. Of course the Male Pro charged 4x the amount of the female!! WTH! I didn’t have to pay his incredibly high rate(higher than an attorney!). He buckled when I asked, just the amount of clients I have made him not charge. I sent him 2 other competitors, so he was more than happy. I second guess everything; yet everything is completely done as far as appts/supps/food.

Had a great time with Family visiting, watching the Olympics; Weightlifting was pretty crazy; some had little chicken arms and they were doing unbelievable weight! Snatches, Jerks, Freaking Impressive. China was definitely dominating! The one Italian had the best form IMO; he was a pro volleyball, switched to Snowboarding; then to full time weightlifting! Competing is addictive for sure. My food has been perfect ; have all all kinds of helpers around! Loving it! Definitely need to get more sleep, my young cousins keeping me up laughing watching YouTube vids. The Rock doing an SNL commercial for ZANTREX! Look it up! Omg! Soooo “Our Board Funny” !! You will laugh your ass off! So appropriate for us!!

I have added a lot of compound/supersets/drop sets/pause-reps/etc to increase my intensity. My calories have dropped and some changes are being implemented. I will go over thing more in depth. Will be adding winny @ 4weeks out, hopefully I can keep my joints lubed properly!! Food is becoming more plain, clean; not cutting corners at all. Dessert is mostly fruit or a shake! Lol. I am feeling really good the sdrol kept my strength up and hopefully when I switch my endurance/energy will increase.

So, I am starting to etch in some detail and drop some excess water which feels nice. The rapid changes are what amazes me. I hate pics but I had some video of me doing different poses, so I tried to take a screenshot while it was playing. Anyway, the one pic shows how much beef/thickness I have added to my back and legs from last year. It isn’t the best pic but you can see the side thickness/width a bit. My cut is going well, starting to get some detail! Another Month and I will be ready! Have a great weekend!!
