Had a good day with friends and family, hit the gym with a few people and got my heavy lifting done. I haven’t been able to be online as much but, after this weekend I should have more time as it is back to normalcy, lol! Idk why but I am getting mesmerized by all these donkey asses at the gym. I swear something must be in the food! Lol. I wonder how some people don’t even workout(if they have previously) I feel crappy if I miss 2 days ever. Sticking to my diet and this morning had a large omelette filled w diced chicken breast&cheese/vegetables/over bed of kimchi rice, 20oz Fairlife milk w 1cup grapenuts cereal w/bananas; my jaw was sore! Lol. Keep up the hard ass work, it totally pays off.
