Had a good day with friends and family, hit the gym with a few people and got my heavy lifting done. I haven’t been able to be online as much but, after this weekend I should have more time as it is back to normalcy, lol! Idk why but I am getting mesmerized by all these donkey asses at the gym. I swear something must be in the food! Lol. I wonder how some people don’t even workout(if they have previously) I feel crappy if I miss 2 days ever. Sticking to my diet and this morning had a large omelette filled w diced chicken breast&cheese/vegetables/over bed of kimchi rice, 20oz Fairlife milk w 1cup grapenuts cereal w/bananas; my jaw was sore! Lol. Keep up the hard ass work, it totally pays off.

My hours are all screwed thanks to myself! Lol. I needed to get in a nap and ended up waking and it was dark! WTH! I hate when I mess up my sleep patterns but when I did that experiment, OMG, I definitely had a whack schedule. That is the only drawback because it was so effective but, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you were competitive because it was very hard to tolerate if you work for someone other than yourself and even then, I had to sleep in shifts to get all my work done and was constantly eating, dragging ass, until I would train and eat like an animal. I would randomly just fall asleep and wouldn’t even realize how long. Glad it was during pandemic and I was avoiding peeps anyway besides driving or online. Well, I will be super busy this week/weekend and then coming home. I may be a bit slow getting back to you. Tren Hard, eat Clen ! Lol

and make into 10 oz. patties with parchment sheets between or freezer zip lock bags for 1-2 patties. Cooked medium for over the grill with all your favorite toppings. This is delicious! Bacon would have really been a great addition but, I don’t usually have it at the house or I would eat the whole pack on BLT 1pounder! Lol

Had a good day, accomplished a lot, and reached my goals for the day. Trying to figure out my complete program is a lot harder than what I planned out. I am so used to controlling every aspect of diet, training, supps. I am letting Max OG take the wheel as he is wiser, more experienced and gave me all the knowledge I have. Just when you think you know a lot more than your papa or uncle who taught you; think again. We talk all the time about PEDs, conditioning, complex physiology, and recovery. But, it has been a while and I figured he wasn’t up to date...well, he is and he reminded me of that as I went through two bulking ideas. Of course this was a change from me just shaping and not bulking. I have to do some things that I wasn’t planning. It isn’t fancy or anything and still ongoing as we have not finished. I will have a proper update by Tuesday/Wednesday. I have to make sure I have enough whey, creatine, etc,etc before I start. I am sure you understand. Thanks to someone I am eating meatloaf and roasted Yukons w garlic/rosemary on a sheet pan. Grate a little Parmesan Reggiano over the top! Mangia!! Someone left this burger sitting out...Bastards! Made Katsudon Japanese Pork Cutlet, Egg, Rice Bowl. Turned out perfect! Made 5 servings. Definitely have a new favorite dish. Just type that in and cook the healthy way. Soo delicious! So Max dropped Para/Iso because I have time to simply lean bulk(not get too puffy). I will definitely add para back later. Dropped to 218 and am too lean. Jumping on Test/Nan/Primo w the gh schedule, but eating will be the main growth factor. I will introduce 4 week oral or inj compounds on and off. So I had a super eventful and wonderful day working and getting some projects close to completion. My actual run isn’t totally in play as I am still trying to get my supps perfect for me. Current with Testoviron/Primo/Deca/Provi/Var but just introducing. I am getting my serum gh test for the Angtropins to make sure I have good quality as Beltropins and Omnitrope have treated me well and wow , what a difference! Once I get results I will fully commit. Gh/TRT is a large part of being in good shape yearound and have to have the quality. I am a fan of EuroPharm, Beligas, Alpha/Balkan and know they work well. I may try a combo product but I just rarely trust that they are not only dosed within 15% of label claim and have correct Esters/actual compounds but, I want to as I love Sustanon and some other these blends are calling to me! I sure as hell have a great ghrh, gh secretogogue peptide blend(ghrp6, ghrp2, Semorelin acetate) bit since I am trying to bulk but not rapid, I want to try a new 3 peptide blend on my 2 days off GH. I am thinking I may either just cycle igf 1 lr3 on and off or use EP blend of ghrp 2, Mod GRF 1-29/PEG-MGF 2. Brain Spinner but, each time is a new path. I had a ton of sirloin/lamb Kofta w greek Tzatziki and then Had Paella again as it is something I can make multiple versions of and pack meals. I eat all the seafood based paella that night , but kinda like a good etouffe/gumbo: I can use a whole chicken/game/all types of sausages. Saffron and Ghee has such a great flavor Umami combo! Hells Yeah. Got some non stim Jeckyll to see if it does anything for my mind/muscle connection. It was like $9 so, whatevs!

I killed the training last night and boy am I a sore monkey! I love muscle soreness!! My girl thinks I am a masochist but, it just makes me know I tore all those fibers up and gives me pleasure. I rarely get sore (probably due to my supp/diet regimen), so I am looking forward to hitting gym for leg machine day. I am thinking Saturday’s but it may change due to my schedule. Left a chart for VG reminder. I traced my hands and held my cutout of my hands(like this) to learn where VG muscle was. It was super helpful because I would have never guessed 3-4ml would go there! Crazy. Rarely do I do that but, good to know. Definitely may have some pain or popping but better than nurse Rachet! Lol. I had a nurse walk up and hit me w a pain shot in my VG but I think she had a 18g needle ! (Humeral Fracture) I remember wanting to Punch her in the Face after I felt the Electric Donkey kick feeling I got! I thought shit bottomed the needle out on my hip! Lol. Yes sir, feeling sore every day is normal to me if I’m not sore somewhere I feel weird. Yeah! I need a satellite dish for my tv 📡 remember these? You would get hundreds of channels from around the world.
