Hit the weights hard and my workouts are going well. I definitely notice my need for more calories but; I have to remember that it is a trick!! Everything is weighed and measured to ensure I stay in line! Just being around other people meals is hard..I want to devour their plate too’ lol. Just gotta make it through a little less than two weeks and I will have a lot help showing up which is gonna be great! Keep it up everyone!! Gonna try and write out my next bulk. I do know I want to do a 4 day a week minimum, like an upper/lower-push/pull type of training program but I must say; the 6 days a week I am doing now is great and really keeps you Johnny on the Spot but I will enjoy more rest and prep time. I will be doing a gh/peptides run along with my bulk experiment. Have a good evening and morning.

Had a killer training session with a friend from out of town. He pushed me hard and I did do a few extra sets on my low back/abdominal area. Eating perfect but, super hungry...Everytime I diet, I forget how much I eat just normally on HRT. My body just takes in a ton of calories(mainly carbs/protein)w minimal fats. I’d like to see how a higher fat, mod protein with lower carbs would do...I feel as if I could only get lean that way. If I don’t get the carbs, I do not gain during a bulk; but I have never done low carb, long term. I love the carbs ! Obviously you can tell I am hungry ! Lmao! Routine is about down and just excited for my papa to fly in, gonna have some fun for sure.

Busted ass yesterday and had a great workout! Drinking a lot more water, almost as if I cannot get enough. I checked my blood sugar but it is 84, so it may just be the barometric pressure or something..anyhow; I am doing a lot of small extra little things to hit different had grips close through wide, pause-partials-1/2 reps, 21’s. Want to bring the best super V taper and out condition my competition. Being new, I am sure going to have my work cut out for me. Last weeks now! Have a great Sunday!

Well, I took a shot in the AM not flexing, just a side shot, felt flat. Of course it is just the lack of calories in later PM and fasted throughout the night. Well, I took a timer pic while in the gym bathroom practicing(but of course I cannot see until after. Holy Shit Batman! I was just transitioning..my back with the small waist Super V taper is getting really dramatic. I wasn’t even doing my Cobra Flare but....the hard work is paying off!! If I get the chance(during a posedown; I will hit the bodybuilding lat spread pose!!)**
Getting excited. It is crazy how much your muscles fill up by evening time(or whenever is your nighttime). Loving it !!

Just enjoying training and eating is on track , I got my physical pushes up because all signs point to me being really healthy ! My bp/hr is phenomenal, I feel great , and want to get going ! Lol. Still have to wait for proper numbers on bloods and get my top notch supps all ready to go..then it is on💪💪🏅! MaxPower Lifting Training 3 sets of 3-5 reps progressively adding weight to burn out @ 3 reps. (For 2-4 weeks) These are some of the main lifts I am doing. I will be doing variations of each as well. I am on my HRT- Test undecanoate 75mg weekly(750mg e10weeks), 4iu gh split daily , 25mg Provi split daily , 100mg nandrolone Decanoate weekly.

I am working on building strength and power for the next few weeks. I will start my bodybuilding program when I start my cycle. My goal is to build up my base and overall power for my upcoming bodybuilding program. I will be eating 3 large meals, 1 snack and a morning smooothie(all my protective supps/veg/fruit/oils/powders) and a pre/intra shake(EEA’s/electrolytes/HBCD’s/BCAA’s) with a post workout shake of mixed carbs/proteins/5g Creapure®️,3.5g Carnosyn®️, 3gBetaTor®️, and 3g Yolked®️. I am 214lbs and have been doing 75min cardio 6 days a week. I am cutting that to 20-30min Daily and am upping my calories(as I have been restricting them until now). I will naturally(well..HRT natural, Lol) get up to 223-225lbs the next weeks and then start blast. Plan is to gain as much size & power safely during the blast, probably hit 235-240lbs before dropping weight. 197lbs is heaviest I can compete at in my division of Classic.

Look forward to beginning my program but am taking my time getting my form, joints, and muscles ready. Time for Power and Big Meals!!
