Hours are still nutty! Busting ass in the gym and at home! I think I broke a record and slept 9 full hours! Crazy, I felt odd for a few hours because that is abnormal for me. I cleaned out 5 meals in a row and have to really only have clean foods in the house. No convenient pre-made foods(besides my homemade ones). Work is busy as well, and I miss my girl! All is well !

So. I have had some very cool jobs/gigs the past months. I actually wish I could share more. Let’s just say I got to play dress up and got paid for it(not bodybuilding surprisingly) either. I had a blast, I’d post a pic but it would defined ruin some things, lol. It was so rad, I will be able to share some time. Also, I got to wear a tuxedo so: you can imagine how that went with the costume designer. It felt really good though and was super fun; I did take some pics after wards(when I got my phone back). Training was sick and I have to do it all over again today! Lol. I can say, without a doubt, I love women soo much; especially the ones I work for/with. They help push me to branch out and hit my potential in multiple areas of life. I would easily get taken advantage of if it wasn’t for some smart girls that work with me(*basically made sure I got paid proper*). I would have done it free, tbh. This was after 16 hours of work on my way back home, thank god for drivers, I was so tired and everyone was just waking up.

All is well and good! Trained @ Home and just prepping food , work, train, work, sleep. Had a nice 😆 night 👍. My hunger kicked in and am feeling stronger already ! I have that ,” Good Feeling coming on” but still sluggish a bit. (Always happens my first two weeks). Usually w/ test:Deca , but I guess any 19nor does it to me. By week 3 , I will be going full power and my energy usually reverses by then and I have way more energy! Looking Forward to seeing a bigger man by the end of this!! Have a good one

So. I have had some very cool jobs/gigs the past months. I actually wish I could share more. Let’s just say I got to play dress up and got paid for it(not bodybuilding surprisingly) either. I had a blast, I’d post a pic but it would defined ruin some things, lol. It was so rad, I will be able to share some time. Also, I got to wear a tuxedo so: you can imagine how that went with the costume designer. It felt really good though and was super fun; I did take some pics after wards(when I got my phone back). Training was sick and I have to do it all over again today! Lol. I can say, without a doubt, I love women soo much; especially the ones I work for/with. They help push me to branch out and hit my potential in multiple areas of life. I would easily get taken advantage of if it wasn’t for some smart girls that work with me(*basically made sure I got paid proper*). I would have done it free, tbh. This was after 16 hours of work on my way back home, thank god for drivers, I was so tired and everyone was just waking up.

That would be pretty rad to get a full time contract. Its Almost a blue collar job now(acting). How things change with all the media now. We literally have thousands of shows going but, to get noticed and get screen time is not so easy. At this point, I’d do Love Island ! Lol. Maybe I will. Those shows are my sick little addiction. But I know what you mean on the film industry it’s big here and was good if you got your foot in the door when it first started but now like you said it’s blue collar now. And they were going to strike because of the conditions etc. but settled on a agreement. Glad things are going good for you keep on truckin! 💪

Yesterday was Indeed another blessed and positive day. My family member is doing well recovery from brain surgery although very sore from “her heart stopped in front of another family member and a jacked up RN swooped across the room doing compressions and they kicked her out but successfully resuscitated her before the crash cart was used. Some scary shit! But she seems like she is going to live life even more(already super active/healthy individual) but, sounds like a lot more travel to see family members is Numero Uno. She says all she could think “before going black” was she wanted more time, she didn’t have enough time here. I learned by hearing that as well. That is always what ill or dying people say. Wish we had more of these long esters of our favorite items. The Nandrolone hexyloxyphenylpropionateester(NHPP) in oil has a half life of 20.1 days (30day mean-residence). Just having that nice even release vs pinning all the time. Well Halloween was a blast and a lot of work. Did everyone ..I mean....everything I was supposed to, had a lot of fun doing it. My strength is through the roof! I just finished my 2 week prep(using low dose/lbs) and am going full 2.0 style now. I gained 10lbs! Already and I have to control my strength. I am dealing with calming myself so I do not get injured or irritated by horrific drivers/traffic. I wish you could see through my eyes, experience what I experienced this past week. Too much!! Woo-hoo. People used to get surprised that I drink or so drugs but, they aren’t anymore. They completely don’t even question it. It’s actually looked at as “cool”. The one on the right I train pretty hard (at the gym) ! Strong legs. Keeping calories high enough to satisfy me is tough as always.

I did two weeks prep(just low dosages of what’s posted). Now I am on a 10 week blast at posted amounts. I am pretty Mesomorphic w slight ecto (more early on), now I can gain weight easily but, sometimes have to diet down quickly. I am a fan of short blasts but, am trying to lay a larger complete foundation for a bit.

Of course I get offers that make me think twice about bulking. I have had some really good side work offers but; I have to stay lean looking. Such a dilemma but I am hoping I am still lean enough for the jobs. Crossing my fingers for the face to face! Or Live Interview. It is completely based on looks but pays real well and I could use it. Workouts are going really well and I am getting into the groove of the workouts/feedings. I am concerned with the low doses and not gaining enough weight/size but, time will tell. I can always cut, cruise, and bulk(more traditionally). I always have a few avenues for myself. It is too early to even tell because so far, so good.

DAY 7 - OFF !!

Hit my goals! Going to make my cheat meal this afternoon; Hatch Green Chile Double Cheeseburgers!! I’ll grind my own beef (mix of brisket, short rib, and chuck roast) which I bought exactly for this reason. Gotta love the Kitchen-Aid & attachments! Partially freezing the meat(45min) and slicing into (long strips/log-like) makes it go through grinder easier. Then onto the hot coals, about 3-4min per side for a perfect med rare! I only do this if I grind my own meat(no chance for e.coli)which comes from the machinery/equipment contamination. Plus my homemade, Cajun Hot Sweet Potato Fries! Now that I see everyone is using the Chik-Fil-A Sauce, I will be using that for my Fries plus, I saw Hidden Valley has “Blazin’ Ranch” mmm! Damn, I cannot wait! I am back to steak & eggs for breakfast(cubed or NY). I get the good, local brown eggs (sometimes Green/White also). Such a difference in flavor, plus it saves room in my refrigerator{fresh eggs only need refrigeration “IF” they were refrigerated previously}. I keep them covered in a basket. 60 eggs do not last long w me + I use my Dash Soft Boiled egg Steamer($19 Amazon), they have a double stack model that fits 12 eggs which I want now. Ordering after this post ! Hope everyone has a blessed Sunday.

Had to do a lil traveling, not too far but am enjoying working out at a different gym. I can’t believe how some areas change so much so fast. A lot of places closed down, some areas look completely different than 18 months ago. Anyway, all is well and I am kicking my own ass at the gym and eating perfect macros thanks to my local lady. She is awesome(even though she is pescatarian). Lol. Don’t get me wrong, I love seafood but it gets boring after a while. I tried it years ago. Have a good week! And
