What would be your max GH dose next to 300mg test-e per week for it to still be beneficial without being a waste because of the low dose anabolics?

I read recently that Aids patients take 12iu a day to keep from muscle wasting....so in all reality you should just take what's in your budget that you can sustain for at least 6 months.

You can use as much HGH as you can without developing sides or destroying your bank account.

I prefer to use 1iu HGH for every 100-150mg Test used.

I.E. 300 TestE 2-3iu HGH

There is no max. Very different stuff. Per above, goals and finances factor and result in optimization.

There is diminishing return on everything . I'd say stay around 2 or 3 iu is plenty of gh

This borders on breaking the rules, there's no asking for cycles. Let everyone know how many iu's you're thinking of using along with your 300mg of Test E and why. Then members can critique it!

I take 3 ius a day and I’m getting out of it as much basically as I do 5-10 as far as fat burning. I feel that for growth the diminishing returns go hard and fast at 5-8 ius. For me though my hands get so tingly and burning on long term GH over 3 ius that I have to soak my hands in ice water and my head gets super puffy. When I was 30 I thought 10 ius was golden but now at 44 I really feel like 3-4 is the sweet spot.
