I did take it and still do. Some can take 300mg-500 w two large meals as I do , but I also use Na-R-alpha lipoic acid which has kept me below 92 but It took a while to learn the timing of everything. The most impactful compound that I noticed kept me low was Melanotan 2 (but it can cause uneven skin tone, patching) if used a lot . I’m checking to see if PT-141 has the same effect on b/g as MT2. Lol yeah ,the log is mainly so I stay on track and it does for sure . Plus I’ve had my longest logs (no breaks) since 2018 . I did a compilation of my progress and it is such a trip to see the body changes over past 6 years.

During the plan I will be lifting close to failure, reaching fatigue by the last few reps of each set. If it seems easy, your not doing enough weight/Intensity; add weight while keeping good form. •The first two weeks of the program has me performing heavier lifts for around 6-8 reps at 75-80% of your 1 rep max/varied volume.
•My rest days are three so I will need to Max Out Hard! The only difference in the second week, is that I’ll raise up the weight lb/kg amount between 2.5-25lbs+.
Final 2 Weeks- Volume w/ Less Time Between Sets
This 2nd phase focuses on volume and no more than 30-45sec rest between sets to induce muscular hypertrophy*(being on PED’s changes a lot..most of what you’ve read, especially at an advanced level). I need to be TAXED(fatigued) by the end of each set!

Finished the last of my hours of Class Pilates training. It’s helped a lot with my heavy lifting. I’m taking in a lot more clean lean proteins in the form of seafood and poultry; upped my egg and dairy intake. I guess I need those good fatty acids! My cut is going to be new and not a drastic or even Classic cut as I am still getting growth results . I do however need to change up my diet and PED’s . I am going to use long and short esters but concentrate on rHGH/sarms/insulin and my carbohydrates with a high anabolic ped schedule vs androgenic. I will keep my testosterone/free test levels raised .
Trenbolones/Primo are my choices for that along with beta agonists and high gh/sarm/ghr-s . Should be a great run. I have contemplated dhb/primo in the past but, tren hex/ace seem to be much more effective. Yet I don’t have enough DHB experience to actually comment on as I’ve only used 4mls for testing feedback . I see a lot of guys using primo/Npp/Dhb who don’t use Tren ….?

My trick for any piece of plain meat ! Pan at low for 10min with just 1tbsp EVOO ,once smoking add Portobello mushrooms, sliced onions , sauté for 3 min , add 2 cloves sliced garlic , Herbs de Provence ,Black Pepper , turn heat off , add Kosher Salt. The Super Tren 200 kicked in real good sweating and pumping like a maniac! I have busting ass and this job is almost over (very long and odd hours) so I haven’t been able to be online as much . My diet is super clean and I am adjusting to the high protein lowered carbs but still high . Met a few new chicas which is helping the cardio !
I had to buy a bunch of new workout clothes since I seem to never throw my old ones away (someone mentioned that, lol). The Ztropin gh is soo good , I can feel that strong onset about 30min post injection, I’ve been split dosing due to work, but I actually like using it that way. Prepping is such a big deal right now since I’m doing multiple jobs, I want to have a service but it’s just not enough food for the money . It would give me a break though , I’d have more time to post and be in the forum more. (Cooking as we speak out on the grill) . Sadly started my chicken tenderloins again! Takes only 2min and they are done !! This one is so older, but damn fine .
