Focus today - medieval torture and yelling at me! We did a mix of Core, Flow, and my reformer technique

I have been doing well but, I cannot stop thinking about food, sex, and my “to do’s”……I guess that means I am back to the normal male brain 😁. I woke up sore in some very unusual places which is good; shows me that the new stuff I am doing and being taught are good. I barely made it to the fridge today when waking up to get my black cold brew. Definitely glad that I accepted the offer for class training for (Pilates and Yoga). I did not realize that they were cults, Lol(kidding. ). I have experience in many styles of both but, apparently I have “a lot to learn”. I did think there would be a bunch of tree hugging, non shaving types but, before and after my session I saw 3 groups of classes come and leave. I did want to pull off my teachers skin tight, “Luxe” black booty shorts and show her how to wrestle…..but of course I behaved. Made a ton of meals and am using a lot of pantry products: plates/parchment, ziplocks, foil, plastic wrap; so I don’t have to do dishes and it’s fast ! Between the 2 outdoor grills/smoker and the 4 air fryers I haven’t used my new kitchen that much. This took me 5-6 minutes to make(below) . I gotta say that I Love Skirt Steak when it’s seasoned and cooked right. The salad I just used my “Hulk Sauce” dressing and it was delicious. Appreciate you stopping By and ….

Power is going up quite a bit, feeling good.
I’m starting to recover really quickly as long as I eat clean. Noticed after eating holiday food that my strength was UNREAL! But also passed out within 20minutes of eating(sweating,lol). I’ve had a few bouts of overwhelming need to sleep but….I have to work/perform so that isn’t an option. Using coffee and PWO’s have helped and I look forward to the sluggish sides completely going away. I know if I raised my test a bit it would help the situation but I want it to work itself naturally(lol) like always. First two weeks are a bitch and exciting all in one. Hoping to get some Xmas and New Years goodies during January. 15 of my local family members are away so, I know they aren’t gonna leave me high and dry! 😂 - My lord did I have one of the hottest {thangs} come home with me which was nice and brought my Christmas “spirit” waay up!

Just been busting ass at home, work, and @ the gym. I definitely feel the CJC 1295 vs not taking and I am not holding a lot of water for my caloric intake. I have not been more inspired before; partially due to my being able to compete and see friend, make new ones, and get more side jobs just being out at more shows (working/competing/support). A lot of people may not enjoy some shoes but are a lot of fun and meeting new peeps. My grocery -supplement bill is ridiculous and I don’t have anyone else(yet I still buy for get togethers and cousins coming by for dinner or lunch. My EQ has only been at 300 due to “no show” . So when new bold shows I boost over 500 2-3wks; then back. It will be ram through after the 8 weeks unless (I had to). Looks like I’ll be needing Caber/Provi and possibly some Letron/raloxifene . Saw a few pop up. And….

Not really a spreadsheet now, I have been in sports since before a kid starts school, then trained in the weight room at age 12;
I boxed and played Rugby but after breaking my 4& 5th metacarpal boxing and then again along with radius in rugby; I gave up the side sports and stuck to bodybuilding. My papa was a bodybuilder and my mom was a chef that also trained her body at gym & home 2-3 hrs a day (still does). I grew up in restaurant and our house kitchen(big family). The huge thing for us; was cooking & eating. My older brothers one was a wrestler, the other did powerlifting. Over the years I’ve learned to cook all of my meals; rarely ate out. The supplements have been trial & error since starting. But; I have been fortunate to find a good combo, have been remodeling my house around my lifestyle.
I prep food every 3 days; I have everything ready to eat whether at a job site or the gym.’ At home I have all my supps in a room and walk in; has a full coffee & smoothie station; like a mini store
All the supplements are in drawers or cupboards and 14 day twice a day med boxes. I make all my powder supp blends in baggies. Every once in a while I find a new product to try or change it up.
But I don’t take like multi vitamins really and never meal replacements fortified witn them. I use mainly aminos, blends of aminos/protein), food supps and antioxidant:anti inflammatory compounds.
Before I found professionalmuscle, I’ve logged almost everyday from 2018 til now,
Only recently took a little time off(which I’ve never done ) to remodel my house; work multiple jobs, and had to (as it was a gift as long as I learned, assisted my family, and busted my ass on my place and one of their rentals. But yeah Elvia, I basically have had so many programs that I had to learn, sell to clients, and did that for corporate-owned gyms to local family owned gyms from high school through university. Then had enough clients and went on my own(with multiple gyms owners blessing beforehand), trained anywhere(gym/schools/clients place/and even my own lil studion@house). I do many side jobs/gigs as a 1099 contractor.
Long post , lol. I do enjoy my Mondays (more of a Sunday for me). Oh, my family & past teachers/coaches, and my papas bodybuilding friends growing up collectively have helped me in everyway beyond my own trial and error. Without them and seeing some get hurt, some made bad mistakes, some die, some do very well. You guys in the forums have been most important to me; getting real time feedback daily and reading soo much (especially during cardio, lol). I’ve learned plenty about supplements & timing from you too👍🙏(you definitely are someone who uses & experiments with nutritional supps/PED’s , so thank you

Well Happy New Year!🙏 It’s 2023 and I swore we’d at least have single person flying cars or Jet Packs ! WTF!? I realize now why we don’t ….Simple economics & brute capitalism . Why make something that only can sell to a few; when you can buy most Samsung or LG appliances or anything for $100-$1000
Now, I don’t get the whole $55-60k for a Ford Truck or a Toyota Camry V6 (says $34,000) but once everything is said and done; your paying $46k. How did cars double in price while, tech is super cheap ?
Car, Boat, and Rec/Moto Dealerships will be extinct(they are total F-Jobs anyway). If you go to one with the MSRP from the actual company, not one dealership will even sell it. My old ev was worth more used than new.
Hence, buying online for new or used or private..JUST IMO(sorry to all the GMs/Sales managers and F&I guys) I have plenty of friends in that business and they do very very well!

Now, what is your resolution/s for the new year?

Travel a lot and I take some jobs that just cover my bills so I can eat and see the town, city, country. Love Creole , Cajun and the Chef Donald Link (his recipes are great). I want one now ! 😂

I haven't traveled as extensively is you but Louisiana is one of my favorite places on earth for food! Glad to you you back brother, your in depth legs are awesome.

Thanks Hammer4, I go there at least twice a year just to eat (or for work). But end up there past few years more. Even tough bourbon street can be gross(just like Vegas strip) . I find the best places not where all the tourists go. That’s goes for everywhere pretty much. I do like certain big cities too- Chicago and NYC (but it’s still the neighborhoods you find ).

Had quite the week and all is well! So much good food! I definitely watched my total kcals and maneuvered some ratios (just for his visit). Of course I’m not passing up racks of ribs 🤣. The thing is; I have to stop myself with ribs..I will bite it down to the periosteum😂, Just peel it off the bone and not stop like am animal. Luckily I have control and manners now (in front of others at least,lol).
That Mondaay session was painful and it was late AF(actually Tue), Im definitely feeling the full onset of muscle soreness and I like it. It’s been a while since I’ve shocked my muscles so, I did . Im going off script because I’m seeing results and I’m listening to my muscles. That salad had 65g chicken protein inside(lol) still bad but I wanted it.
