May I have some suggestions?

I went ahead and bought that 10lb box of Rose Acre Farm powdered egg whites. I thought it would be a great deal, well, now I'm not so sure.
Does anyone know the best way to use them?
They really don't mix with water. Thats my problem. I don't know the best way to take it.

And I mean they really DONT mix. Its like waterproof powder.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Man, I had the same problem. I dont think ill buy powdered egg whites ever again. But what I did that seemed to work the best for me, is just blend it up with water and some whey in a magic bullet or blender of some sort. It foams up like crazy, but at least it breaks the clumps up somewhat.

I tried that just now, it does foam up a lot, but I think thats how I'll be doin it. I actuall tried chasing down a spoonful of the stuff with water. BIG MISTAKE! I don't think I'l but em again.

I will defiantely but liquid. Never again with the powder.
Although it does mix slightly better in hot water. Just fyi. Its still a pain in the ass though.
