Really focused on staying lean this year and implementing lots of ideas from John Meadows to grow my arms and calves. Wanted to stay lean so I could see the changes. Forgetting all about the amount of weight for arm exercises = best lifting decision I've ever made probably. Also couldn't do it without my truenutrition supplements - my intraworkout shakes and preworkout isolate are staples!!
