Kind of like what was already stated, though some of the programs are from the course of one of his preps, they aren't specifically geared towards a prep. More of like a focus on a body part than anything.
A couple years ago I did Omega Beam during a prep while one of my friends used it for a bulk. I think the big difference being that towards the end of my prep I would eliminate some of the extra exercises geared towards bringing up the body part of focus. Hopefully that makes sense?
That said, there's some decent explanations of what each program is mostly geared towards (back, chest, arms, legs). For a 'general' program (meaning not made specifically for an individual) they're all pretty solid.
