Tuesday is normally deadlift day, my stomach was a little uneasy and I have a record of sharting when I deadlift. So I decided to just do some regular back work.

It was a good workout though
 
Ok, haven't updated in a few days. Thursday I went and did bench/chest/tris. Had a good strong workout. I went to eat with my family afterwards, got a grassfed burger from a local farm. Well, 1am rolls around it goes to hell. Shitting and puking all night. All I did was lay around yesterday, not a very pleasant day haha needless to say I did not train yesterday.

I am headed to TN till Tuesday, so training will resume when I get back
 
Here is our new log!!! Being painted today and we are picking up 260lbs of Bumper Plates when we go get it! Oh happy days

Today was the first day back in the gym since my stomach bug. Didn't quit have the strength I normally do, go worn down fairly quick.

4" deficit deads
135 x 2 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 4 x 5

Pull ups
Seated cable rows
Straight arm pull downs

Deads did feel strong, just wore me out quick. I honestly cannot wait till the Jan 1st! Start the new blast and grow with the BEST, TK LABS!!!

Tonight me pops went to the gym just to hit it a little. I did some front squats and deadlifts. Nothing exciting, just getting ready to start a new blast come next Monday :D

On a different note, I will be switching to kigtropins tomorrow! How exciting!!!
 
Ok bros, took some time off to
Be with family and all during the holidays. Today was my first day back and it was awesome!!!

We just got some bumper plates, but they won't fit on our axle so we did presses out of the rack and then did cleans.

Worked up to a 301lb axle press out of the rack! That's a PR for me! Mind you the axle is 2 1/4" thick bar.

Then we did axle cleans, was able to clean 320lbs. Now if I could just press 320lbs lol

I started my blast yesterday running 750mg Test E from TK, 600 EQ from TK. I'm running 200mg tren ace, will be using TK's when he opens back up! Also running 50mg anadrol a day and 100mg suspension pre workout. 4ius of kigtropin and 6ius Humalog w pre workout meal and 6ius post workout.

Time to get serious folks!

Your doing great bro, Keep it up. I cant wait see things when you start your blast! That takes alot of hard work and dedication and you my man have it!!:D
