Had a damn good day training!
Front Squats:
275 x 5 x 5 plus resistance bands
650lb yoke, 55' down 55' back in 20 seconds.
Flipped the 700lb tire for a few but it was bothering my finger a lot.
335 stone to 51" platform for 5 reps in 1 minute
