Honestly I think that I would be dialed in pretty good at 245lbs, but I'm not going to hold myself to any weight class. I'm 6'1 so I should come out pretty good at that weight.
Plus....who gives a damn if you have a little extra "non muscle" pounds on you?!

LMAO, that wouldnt be the first time that I have heard that. I was a bouncer for 8 years and that's back when bouncers actually had to know how to hold their own. Now a days, well its a joke.

Cardio 1 to 1.5 hour per day.
I'm doing it the hard way, no gear. (Trying to get my wife pregnant)
Food: 5 egg whites, oatmeal plain, then shake, then 2 6oz chicken breast with white rice 1 cup, shake, then chicken at night with some type of veggie, fat free cottage cheese before bed.
No booze(which f***ing sucks)
The cardio will help me the most, I loose a ton when I get off my ass and do it..lol
