Gunsmith, right now I'm doing my best to bring up my legs, specifically my sweep, hams, and glutes. I'd also like to bring up my arms, but no matter what I do, that doesnt seem to be happening. I might have to put some oil in them if everything else keeps improveing.

Hey Mass, I think I'll wait till next April and by then I should have made some needed upgrades.

Mich, thanks for the compliment. I have just been plugging along slow and steadily trying to be consistant with my eating and training.

I saw this BEAST walking around at the JR Nationals... This Guy IS HUGE! I'm 6'2 230lbs.. Made me feel like a Smurf! Whatever he's Eating is working.

230lbs is by no means a smurf. I wish my wife called me the Beast. She still calls me "the big Wussy"

I told her! She thinks Mer has the perfect body and strives to look just like her. Oh, and being tall has it's drawbacks, but after 20+years of lifting I'm starting to fill out my frame a bit. Unfortunately I have a lot left to fill out.
