When I was younger, I ate Larger Meals, Less Frequently.
Now that I'm Older, I can't eat the quantity of Food that I could when I was young.
So I usually do 5 to 6 Smaller Meals, which works for me.
I don't like Feeling Stuffed.................................... JP

I'll add in a 100% Whey Isolate Shake here and there.
But it's Not Sweetened or Flavored, so I can toss in some Low Glycemic Berries.
