Meal/gh/t4/ workout timing

Ok so my normal routine is wake up, 40min fasted cardio while drinking bcaas, then 4iu gh and 50mcg t4 immediately following. I then wait 40 min. Have 2 scoops of whey and my cream of rice and PB and head to the gym and lift 30 min after the meal.

My question is tomorrow I have to change my schedule. Which do you think would be better:

Wake up, down BCAAs, head to the gym 40 min cardio then immediately into a quick biceps and abs workout. Then take the gh and t4 right after and eat 30 min later.

Or

Wake up, take t4 and gh, head to the gym cardio and quick workout. Eat immediately after

Or something else.

Have to do my cardio and workout back to back for tomorrow only and don't know how to time the gh and t4, either pre or post.
 
If it is just for one day then it does not matter what you do.

If you are not getting ready for a show just skip the cardio, you won't get fat

Long term I would not do cardio and then training so soon after.
 
Do your workout first while your body still has glycogen stores. This way you have energy to train and are far less likely to injure yourself.

Do you compete? All the worry about timing seems excessive.

I would be taking my GH and t4 when i wake, do fasted cardio then eat or wait a bit then eat.

Any liposis from GH shot would be burned towards cardio, any fasting period after would also benefit in the wait, once you eat carbs liposis will be over.
 
I prefer T4 and HGH upon waking fasted. Insulin either 30 minutes post HGH or just post workout.
 
I'd do it all upon waking. Although I doubt it will make a huge difference anyways. I'd probably split the HGH into a 2 iu shot upon waking, and a 2 iu shot post-workout.
