yea Im half irish so as a kid I grew up on hot dogs and baked beans and my physique showed it ,, no more beans for me LOL
I find backed beans pretty good for the physique, low gi, high protein and fibre and loads of other good stuff. I was eating 3 tins a day early in my cut/recomp but the farting wad non stop. I mean every minute at least and they were strong. Hot dogs not so good for the physique lol

im gonna love this thread theres one on bb.com thats like 800 pages of skinny fucks meals they think a bulk meal is 6oz of steak some rice and beans

Actually, my meals whether bulking or cutting for shows are 5 oz. of ground steak or bison, chicken, fish, etc.. and no more than 1 cup of brown rice and it's worked pretty damn well for me over the years. This is me at the 2010 USA's. Iam 5ft. 1 inch tall and I was 168lbs. on stage in these pics.

nutrition follows training in that it's not how much you eat it's what you eat.
Remember, you only absorb as much protein as your body can use, the rest is converted in to waste. The more time in the game the more you will adjust your meals to what your body will actually use. Keep that in mind and peace to y'all,

its my week off this week so alot of rabit food this week

11oz tilapia, 14grams omega 3 lemon fish oil, spinach , romaine lettuce orange and red peppers

Hey method,,,

I dont agree with the small portions as you have stated for many reasons

1 you have to eat more meals,

2 you will not be satisfied after a meal

3 your blood sugar will be higher because you will be eating every 1.5 - 2 hours instead of 3-3.5,

4. because you are anabolics and gh you are able to consume more food especially protein and get more utilization

I have tried that protocol for a sufficient amount of time to know its not the best approach, I have been since utilizing 6 meals and 1 wholefood shake postwork with great succes

Yup, that's a great site. I left out the oats, and added a half serving of Libby's pure pumpkin (which is always in the house - great source of fiber), a serving of coconut oil, and a serving of New Hope Mills Pancake Mix (which is great too).
As far as the frosting goes, I used half fat free, and half low fat cream cheese, the low sugar maple syrup, half a serving of protein, and a little Splenda. This frosting is VERY versatile! Goes great on everything.



BAM!!!! Reese's cup cheesecake home made!!
