I dont agree with the small portions as you have stated for many reasons
1 you have to eat more meals,
2 you will not be satisfied after a meal
3 your blood sugar will be higher because you will be eating every 1.5 - 2 hours instead of 3-3.5,
4. because you are anabolics and gh you are able to consume more food especially protein and get more utilization
I have tried that protocol for a sufficient amount of time to know its not the best approach, I have been since utilizing 6 meals and 1 wholefood shake postwork with great succes
Yup, that's a great site. I left out the oats, and added a half serving of Libby's pure pumpkin (which is always in the house - great source of fiber), a serving of coconut oil, and a serving of New Hope Mills Pancake Mix (which is great too).
As far as the frosting goes, I used half fat free, and half low fat cream cheese, the low sugar maple syrup, half a serving of protein, and a little Splenda. This frosting is VERY versatile! Goes great on everything.

I'm a blue cheese fan myself but this is a nice change upI normally do a bleu cheese on my steak. What's in the peppercorn sauce?? Looks good
yes... chicken, beans and onion... simple and tasty.keclu what is the first pic chicken thighs and kidney beans?
I know the second and ate it alot growing up roasted suckling pig.. the best is the skin so nice and salty dont need anything else.. the premature piglets are the best though i think you can only get in in europe I had it in spain its to die for the meat is so tender...
