All due respect, you don't have to agree with it. We are all entitled to our opinions and for some larger meals might be what they need. However you can't argue with the results I've gotten over the years. I am a top 10 national level competitor in my weight class and as it stands following that regimen I am now 191 lbs. at 8% bodyfat in my offseason. At my height of 5ft. 1 inch with those measurements it is clear that my regimen does work for me and will most likely work for many others. It may not be the best approach for you, but it is a valid and effective approach for many others.
I eat every 2 hours at 6-7 meals a day with 2 shakes keeps my blood sugar just where I am comfortable with it and keeps my metabolism running hot enough so I don't have to do any offseason cardio to stay lean while gaining the muscle. Check out my attached pictures on my previous post and tell me again that my approach doesn't work. ;)

Hey method,,,

I dont agree with the small portions as you have stated for many reasons

1 you have to eat more meals,

2 you will not be satisfied after a meal

3 your blood sugar will be higher because you will be eating every 1.5 - 2 hours instead of 3-3.5,

4. because you are anabolics and gh you are able to consume more food especially protein and get more utilization

I have tried that protocol for a sufficient amount of time to know its not the best approach, I have been since utilizing 6 meals and 1 wholefood shake postwork with great succes

Yup, that's a great site. I left out the oats, and added a half serving of Libby's pure pumpkin (which is always in the house - great source of fiber), a serving of coconut oil, and a serving of New Hope Mills Pancake Mix (which is great too).
As far as the frosting goes, I used half fat free, and half low fat cream cheese, the low sugar maple syrup, half a serving of protein, and a little Splenda. This frosting is VERY versatile! Goes great on everything.

The pure pumpkin sounds good mixed in as well. Personally I would make this a little easier and whip up regular protein pancakes- 5 egg whites, 1 pack of sugar free maple flavored oatmeal, 1 scoop van protein, and then I would add nutmeg, cinnamon, splenda, pure pumpkin and some shredded carrots to the mix.

Frosting- just like you stated above! Thank you for the recipe suggestion Alero!!:headbang:

keclu what is the first pic chicken thighs and kidney beans?

I know the second and ate it alot growing up roasted suckling pig.. :love: the best is the skin so nice and salty dont need anything else.. the premature piglets are the best though i think you can only get in in europe I had it in spain its to die for the meat is so tender...

Todays cheat meal-forgot to take a pic of my southwest egg white omelette w/ turkey bacon, ham + an "everything" muffin.

Dulche de leche+ chocolate sundae with whipped cream, almonds and hot fudge

Granola waffle with fruit compote and mixed fruits

Peanut butter cup ice cream pie

Giant cinnamon roll


....still had plenty of room ;)

My cheat meal for the week:

NY Steak with Peppercorn sauce
Fettuccine with Alfredo sauce
Mixed Greens and Texas Toast!

I normally do a bleu cheese on my steak. What's in the peppercorn sauce?? Looks good
I'm a blue cheese fan myself but this is a nice change up

Peppercorn Sauce:
Cut a good chunk of the fat off your steak and put in a small sauce pan
Heat over medium high heat until the pan is coated
Add a good amount of green peppercorns and cook until they begin to pop
Add 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Add 1/4 cup White wine
bring to boil then let simmer till the sauce reduces a bit
Add black pepper to taste

Hope you like it!
