I'm New to insulin but not aas. I'm currently running ghrp-2 and Mod-GRF 1-29 at 100mcg each 3x daily. With this i run 10iu novorapid pre workout 5x a week. Currently Off aas.
My Q is, how do you guys plan your meals around this? I'm taking my bachelors degree in physiotherapy and am usually home by 2-3pm and start training 3-4 pm. I shoot the GHS at 7am then eat breakfast at 7.20. Have a snack at 10am, lunch at 12, and shoot my ghs the second time as soon as i get home. To allow the ghs to peak gh i should wait 20-30 min before eating right? Then i would skip a solid meal and instead shoot my insulin and drink my shake as per Mike Arnolds protocol (i use oats, maltodextrin and waxy maize starch blend for carbs and whey concentrate, isolate and bcaa for protein). Another shake an hour later and my dinner at 1-1.5h later again. Then i should let 2-3 hrs pass before hitting ghs again as to not blunt release due to the food in the stomach. The timing needs of the ghs and slin makes it Hard for me to figure out when and what to eat.
anyone have an idea what i could do? Do I need to wait these hrs between food and ghs ? What are your protocols?
My goal is 4000 cals, but im currently only getting 3000-3500.
