Save that $200 a week and put it towards GH..if anything. Use rice cooker to cook weeks worth of rice (can also steam veggies at the same time in it). Throw a bunch of chicken breasts in stove. Boil big pot of potatoes. Hard boil couple dozen eggs. Get some almond butter to mix in whey protein shakes..and Wallah!

Canned Tuna, mixed nuts, and liquid egg whites are also convenience life savors.

Friend of mine had 9 Icon Meals delivered to his hotel for a weekend, believe it cost his around 70$ when it was all said and done after shipping.... Expensive!

Thanks again for all the info, and the Pm's with suggestions. I have decided today after many talks with wife to go a head and bite the bullet and purchase the meals. It is going to cost me 250.00 a week with tax and shipping for 8 weeks. 4 meals a day, high protein, low carb. I wont mention who I went through since they are not a sponsor but I have heard a lot of good things about them when at the Arnold!
