Now that the ball is rolling, I'm beginning to get interested in tracking progress with measurements. Funny thing is that I'm not totally sure where on each muscle to take them. I was doing high pulls earlier this year and saw that my neck was getting thicker but was unsure where the tape went. Over, under, on the adams apple? When doing forearm, is the arm straight or at a right angle? When doing torso, at or above nipples? If anyone can put it all out for those of us who are new to measuring ourselves, it would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
All measurements should be at the largest circumference...the neck should be above the apple, the forearm should be about 2" below the elbow and the chest should be right around the nipple area. Hopefully this will help you. :)
 
Some, yes. Though my neck is smaller the higher you go. Also, what about forearms. Do you measure them straight or at a ninety?
 
I measure mine straight. I dont know if thats the "correct" way or not but thats how I do it.

Just make sure your always doing it the same way and you will be able to track progress.
