If I wanted 50grams of protein out of chicken breast, that would be roughly 8oz uncooked?
because ive been weighing all my meats cooked. And that would mean 8oz is roughly 70grams of protein cooked?
I never payed attention to that detail before. The label says 4oz=24 grams of protein so ive always measured 4oz as 24 but cooked.
every coach that has given me a diet as always said 8oz chicken but never specified cooked or uncooked.
its never held me back before. I just started thinking about that as I was writing out a meal plan for one of my bikini competitors.
