Most Ive seen is health benefits and while that is amazing in the longer run, in the short run when you are broke you gotta see something to justify the cot... I guess I can search more but I just switched tottally over to ground turkey to save money

Albertsons, early sunday morning searching for sales.


Another tip that might be too much for some, but if you live close like i do its no biggie.

I look at the sell by date, then go in that day or before and its usually on sale, if no ones bought it. Most people dont like 93/7, so it goes on sale regularly around here.

Ive been pondering this lately. If its really worth $5-$10 a pound for GF beef or bison.

Im thinking just dont eat so much beef if you cant afford GF.

Even though I'm trying to make a buck and help PM members, for the ones that aren't feasible due to shipping costs, here's a tip....look in your phone book under meat for wholesale meat company's. I'm sure there are local wholesale meat company's in most everyone's area and a lot of them do walk in business even though they don't advertise for it!
