Mediocre Pics

These are the only pictures on my computer that will load for some reason. Kinda pisses me off, cause there not really good pictures, but oh well.This was back in july 09. Was about 5 weeks out from the OCB Arizona Natural Were I took 3rd out of 14 guys. Was about 160lbs in pictures and 154 on stage. Im 27 years old. Have been bodybuilding for 3 years! Drug free. And plan to start my diet in a few weeks for the NPC Desert Classic in Sept 2010. Was thinking of hiring someone on here but can't decide who? Whos the best? Any suggestions?

First of all, nice work, you look great.

Second, Phil Hernon is the best of the best as far as trainers go. He's an IFBB Pro and hes dirt cheap ($250 for the whole year). Not to mention hes the ONLY trainer that actually is a sponsor on this board as far as I know. Why pay WAY more for someone who has only seen a pro stage from their seat in the audience?

You look fucking fantastic bro. As far as a trainer.. i like phil,shelby,alex. Not in any specific order, but these guys are awsome. They all contribute here, and are all top notch trainers.

a great mentor trainer and the guy knows his shit and put it on the stage for the world to see. he is/was a pro and is/was a fuckin beast. when i didn't think i could grow anymore i implemented his training and nutrional advice and grew more.
oh and fastest responses you can get from a trainer. its eerie lol. -JS
